Warehouse Associate - Full Time
The Warehouse Associate role at Super Fair Cellular is a hands-on, entry-level position that touches many parts of our operation. This role is designed to be flexible, with team members working where they’re most needed and gaining exposure to multiple departments over time. Daily work includes handling mobile devices, logging and tracking inventory, preparing and moving product, and supporting processing tasks throughout the warehouse. Associates may assist with testing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and packaging devices, as well as building pallets and maintaining an organized workspace. For employees who show initiative, reliability, and attention to detail, there are opportunities to grow into more specialized roles as openings become available.
Requirements
– High school diploma or GED
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Basic computer skills, including data entry and simple system navigation
– Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
– Ability to stand, walk, and handle product for extended periods of time
– Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
– Reliable attendance and punctuality
– Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
– Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and devices
– Willingness to learn multiple tasks and support different areas of the warehouse
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
